Why baked oatmeal bars are a healthy choice
Who needs grocery store breakfast bars when you can make these baked oatmeal bars at home? Baked oatmeal bars are not only delicious but also incredibly nutritious. Oats are a great source of fiber, which helps keep you full and energized throughout the day. They’re also rich in iron, potassium, and phosphorus, and provide healthy fats and cholesterol-fighting monounsaturated fatty acids. And by adding nuts to the mix, you get an extra boost of protein and essential vitamins. See who said something drizzled with chocolate couldn’t be good for you?

These bars are dairy-free, which makes them super easy to store. Simply keep them in an airtight container on the counter for up to a week. Or, if you have leftovers, freeze them in a zip-lock bag for up to 3 months. My favorite trick is to make a double batch and keep one on hand in the freezer for whenever I need a quick snack.
