Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix together until combined and the mixture becomes slightly foamy.
Grate the zucchini and add it to the egg mixture, along with grapeseed oil and Greek yogurt. Mix until everything is well combined.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Then, add in the ground cinnamon, chocolate chips, and pecans. Mix until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix everything together until the flour is no longer visible.
Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Then, pour in the chocolate chip zucchini bread mixture.
Bake the bread for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing and slicing. Enjoy!
