Nourishing food, cooked in your kitchen, while you focus on getting well.
Recovering from surgery, going through treatment, or managing a condition like an autoimmune disease takes energy that cooking shouldn’t. Your Eats by Nicole chef plans and cooks a week of fresh meals in your home, following the guidance from your doctor or dietitian. Many clients book it for a parent, partner or friend.

If your doctor or dietitian has given you guidance, we build the menu from it. We work directly with dietitians when a client has one.
You or the person you’re booking for approve every week’s menu before cook day.
The chef shops, cooks, packages and labels every meal, then cleans up. Nothing to carry, nothing to reheat from a delivery box.
Needs change during recovery. Tell us and next week’s menu changes with them.
Dishes from real menus our chefs have cooked, shared without names.
Who it’s for: after surgery · during or after chemotherapy · autoimmune conditions · gut-health plans (for example low FODMAP or low histamine) · a parent or loved one who needs help at home.
Booking for someone else: You can book and manage the service for a family member. We’ll coordinate the menu with you, them, or their dietitian, whichever works best.
We match each household with the chef whose strengths fit. Lucy Arnell, a Certified Nutrition Coach, cooks for Los Angeles households working toward a health goal.
Once you’re onboarded, we introduce you to your chef by name. If they’re ever unavailable, another chef on the team steps in with your full menu history.
Health-related diets never cost extra. Weekly meal prep starts at $450 a week in LA and OC, $400 in New Jersey and $525 in New York City, plus groceries at exact cost.
We cook in Los Angeles, Orange County, New Jersey and New York City. See every plan
