Your week of meals, handled in one or two visits.

Menus designed for you

Planned around your goals and any dietary needs: gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, keto, AIP, low-FODMAP, macro-focused and more. You approve each menu before cook day.

One visit or two

One cook day covers most households. If you eat in most nights or cook for more people, a second visit keeps meals fresh all week.

Groceries, handled

Your chef shops the morning of service, so you never haul bags up the stairs. Groceries are billed at exact cost on an itemized receipt, never marked up.

Cooked in your kitchen, whatever its size

Everything is made from scratch in your apartment kitchen rather than in a commissary and delivered. Nothing frozen, nothing reheated.

Packed to fit your fridge

Meals are portioned, labeled and stacked to make the most of your fridge space, with reheating notes, and your kitchen is left spotless.

One chef, every week

The same chef returns each week and learns how you eat and how your kitchen works, instead of a different person at your door.

A carefully vetted chef team, one standard

Every chef on our team cooks to the same philosophy: clean, seasonal, whole-ingredient food built around real nutrition, not trends. Menus follow the season and are designed to be food you look forward to, not health food you tolerate.

The chef may change, the standard doesn’t: the same menus, technique and packaging apply in every kitchen.

New York is served by a deliberately small chef team that grows only as fast as we can vet, so each household gets a consistent chef rather than whoever is free that week. Read how we vet every chef.

New York City meal prep, without the guesswork

How much does a personal chef cost in New York City?

Weekly service in New York City starts at $525 a week. Your rate depends on how many entrees and portions you need and whether you book one or two cook days. Groceries are billed separately at exact cost with an itemized receipt. Take the two-minute Find My Plan quiz for your recommended package and price, then confirm an exact quote on your free 30-minute consultation.

Can a chef really cook in a New York apartment kitchen?

Yes. Our chefs plan every menu around your actual kitchen: a galley kitchen, two burners, or a compact oven changes the plan, not the quality. Your chef brings what they need, works clean in tight spaces, and leaves the kitchen better than they found it.

Do you work in doorman and co-op buildings?

Yes. Most of our New York households are in doorman, condo, or co-op buildings. We coordinate building access ahead of time, and our chefs are insured. We can provide the documentation your building requires.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. Many clients work from home, and many leave access instructions with their doorman or building. Our chefs are discreet, efficient, and fully self-sufficient once they’re in the kitchen.

Can I change my preferences later?

Yes. We check in regularly and update your menus as your tastes, goals or schedule shift. Nothing is fixed.

How far ahead should I book?

Our New York City team is small and grows only as fast as we can vet chefs, so popular days book up. Schedule your consultation one to two weeks ahead and we’ll confirm a realistic start date.

Your kitchen. Your menu. Your chef.

Answer a few quick questions and we’ll match you to the right plan before you book a call.
