One or two visits a week. Everything handled.

Personalized weekly menus

Built around your dietary needs, preferences, and goals — gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, keto, AIP, low-FODMAP, macro-focused and more. Menus refresh weekly and you approve them before cook day.

Once or twice weekly

Most households book one cook day a week. If you eat at home more often, or you’re feeding a larger family, a second day keeps everything fresh through the week.

Grocery shopping

Your chef shops the morning of service. Groceries are billed at exact cost with an itemized receipt — we never mark up ingredients.

Cooking, in your kitchen

Everything is cooked on-site in your home, not portioned in a commissary and driven over. Nothing arrives frozen or reheated.

Packaged, labeled, cleaned up

Meals are portioned, labeled, and stacked in your fridge with reheating notes — and your chef leaves the kitchen cleaner than they found it.

A dedicated chef, matched to you

You get the same chef each week — someone who learns how your household actually eats, not a rotating roster of strangers.

What a week actually looks like

A taste of the range. Your menu is built around your household, your dietary needs, and what’s in season.

A vetted chef team, held to a champion’s standard

Every chef on the Eats by Nicole team cooks to the same philosophy: clean, seasonal, whole-ingredient food built around real nutrition rather than novelty. Menus follow what’s actually in season, lean on quality ingredients, and are designed to taste like something you’d choose — not like health food you’re enduring.

The standard doesn’t change with the chef — menus, technique, and packaging follow the same playbook in every kitchen.

New Jersey is served by a deliberately small chef team that grows only as fast as we can vet — so each household gets a consistent chef rather than whoever is free that week. Read how we vet every chef.

Serving New Jersey, town by town

From Bergen County to Short Hills and the Somerset Hills, we cook for households where the commute is long and dinnertime still matters. Your chef works during the day — by the time you’re home, the week is portioned, labeled, and waiting in the fridge.

New Jersey meal prep, without the guesswork

What does it cost?

Weekly service in New Jersey starts at $400 per week, depending on how many entrees and portions your household needs, and whether you book one or two cook days. Groceries are billed separately at exact cost with an itemized receipt. Take the two-minute Find My Plan quiz to see your recommended package and its price, then get an exact quote on your free 30-minute consultation.

Do I need to be home during service?

No. Many clients work from home, and many leave access instructions. Our chefs are discreet, efficient, and fully self-sufficient once they’re in the kitchen.

Can you cook around a commuter schedule?

That’s most of our New Jersey households. Your chef cooks during the day, and dinner is portioned and labeled in the fridge before you’re off the train — many clients never see the cooking happen, only the finished week.

Do you work in gated communities?

Yes. Many of our New Jersey households are in gated and HOA-managed communities, including Saddle River and Alpine. We coordinate access ahead of time and follow whatever community protocols are required.

Can I change my preferences later?

Yes. We check in regularly and adjust your menus as your tastes, goals, or schedule change. Nothing is locked in.

Do you cook for families and athletes?

Yes. Our chefs regularly build menus for performance-based nutrition and for kid-friendly households — often in the same fridge.

How far ahead should I book?

Each chef takes a limited number of households, and popular service days go first. We recommend booking your consultation one to two weeks ahead to secure your preferred day.
