One or two visits a week. Everything handled.

Most households book one cook day a week. If you eat at home more often, or you’re feeding a larger family, a second day keeps everything fresh through the week.

Personalized weekly menus

Built around your dietary needs, preferences, and goals — gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, keto, macro-focused, and more. Menus refresh every week, approved by you before cook day.

Grocery shopping

Your chef shops the morning of service. Groceries are billed at exact cost with an itemized receipt — we never mark up ingredients.

Cooking, in your kitchen

Everything is cooked fresh in your home the day you receive it — high-rise, gated community, or hillside estate; our LA chefs navigate them all.

Packaged & labeled

Meals are portioned, labeled, and stored in your fridge, ready to enjoy all week.

Spotless cleanup

Your kitchen is left as clean as we found it. Most clients aren’t even home for service.

A dedicated chef, matched to you

You’re matched with one chef who learns your kitchen, your labels, and your preferences — backed by a vetted team, so coverage never lapses.

What a week actually looks like

Real meals from real cook days. Your menu is built around your household, your dietary needs, and what’s in season in Southern California.

A vetted chef team, held to a champion’s standard

Every chef on the Eats by Nicole team cooks to the same philosophy: clean, seasonal, whole-ingredient food built around real nutrition rather than novelty. Menus follow what’s actually in season, lean on high-quality ingredients, and are designed to taste like something you’d choose — not like health food you’re enduring.

The team reviews every menu before it goes out, and Los Angeles is served by a small group of chefs — so the standard doesn’t change from week to week.

You’re not hiring a stranger from a marketplace. You’re hiring a standard.

“I tried meal prep delivery companies, prepared meals from grocery stores, and ordering healthy on Uber Eats. Eats by Nicole is by far the best option — absolutely delicious and nutritious.”

LA meal prep, without the guesswork

How much does in-home meal prep cost?

You pay a flat weekly service fee based on your package, plus groceries billed at exact cost with an itemized receipt — no markups, ever. Take the two-minute Find My Plan quiz to see the package (and investment range) that fits your household, then get an exact quote on your free 30-minute consultation.

Do I need to be home during service?

No — most clients aren’t. Many leave access instructions or coordinate with building staff. Our chefs are discreet, self-sufficient, and background-checked.

Can you handle dietary restrictions and health goals?

It’s our specialty: gluten-free, dairy-free, paleo, keto, vegetarian, anti-inflammatory, macro-customized menus, and doctor-directed plans. Your menu is built around your needs and approved by you every week.

Do you work in high-rises and gated communities?

Constantly — our Los Angeles chefs are experienced with building access, parking logistics, and service elevators from Downtown to the hills.

How long does a service day take?

Typically 3–5 hours in your kitchen depending on your package — shopping in the morning, then cooking, portioning, labeling, and a full cleanup.

What if my chef is unavailable one week?

That’s the advantage of a team: a vetted, briefed chef can step in with your full menu history and preferences, so your week doesn’t skip a beat.

Your kitchen. Your menu. Your chef.

Tell us how you eat — two minutes — and we’ll show you the right plan before you ever book a call.
